Introducing Marine Tensor
Marine Tensor is an AI-based intelligent navigation system developed by Marine Thinking Inc., which powers USVs and ROVs for autonomous navigation and operation. Marine Tensor can conduct AI recognition and analysis on sensor data such as optical, RADAR, and sonar. The AI algorithm can calculate the optimal operational strategy for the vehicle to complete the mission via the control system.
Marine Tensor utilizes an advanced sensor suite to power a comprehensive autonomous object avoidance system. The system collects an abundant amount of data on the surrounding environment and can determine a precise strategy to avoid nearby objects.
By integrating data from the 360°optical camera, LiDARs, ultrasonic rangers, sonars, and ROVs, Marine Tensor can perceive the water surface and surrounding environment comprehensively and accurately.
After long-term trials, Marine Tensor has collected abundant training data for surface maps and sonar features of the water surface and surrounding underwater objects. We can train USVs and ROVs to better “comprehend” aquatic environments with the integrated deep learning model DolphinBrain.
