Marine Thinking CEO to be Keynote Speaker at IEEE Conference 2023
Marine Thinking is proud to announce that our very own CEO, Wenwen Pei will serve as a keynote speaker at this year’s IEEE Conference (IEEE Newfoundland and Labrador Section, NECEC) at Memorial University on Tuesday, November 14th. Titled, “Navigating Forward: Unleashing Potential with Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs)“, Wenwen will use her years of leadership and experience at Marine Thinking as she addresses the rise of USV technology in marine operations.

“Uncrewed Surface Vessels (USVs) represent a paradigm shift in maritime operations, offering autonomy and eco-conscious design to redefine traditional vessel operations. This keynote, from a start-up perspective, illuminates key technologies, applications, achievements, challenges, and the projected trajectory of USVs.
Fueled by state-of-the-art technologies and a dedication to sustainability, USVs showcase remarkable adaptability and versatility. The integration of AI-driven decision-making algorithms and advanced sensor fusion underscores their potential for autonomous efficiency.
